Meet Aisha, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Aisha is an experienced psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner who is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. She studied at Ursuline College, Pepper Pike Ohio, for her Bachelor of Science in nursing degree, and then went on to study for her advanced nursing degree at Wilkes University in Pennsylvania, where she received a Master of Science Degree in Nursing, with specialization in psychiatric/mental health care.

When approaching patient care, Aisha utilizes the biopsychosocial model, believes in treating patients with unconditional positive regard and encourages them to actively participate in their journey to mental & emotional wellness. Aisha provides empathetic listening and inclusion of patients in the discussion and selection of available treatment options as much as possible.

In her spare time, Aisha enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, trying out different cuisines.
